Bundle Yarep Website within Yanel realms

This patch adds a yarep-website realm to yanel. I have followed yanel website
as example, and have tried to provide an empty version of it, ready to be
filled in.

I have tested it against a fresh tree and all links provided work and are
editable. As a simplified version of Yanel Website I have removed many
documents and I hope I haven't left any unnecessary file in the new Yarep
realm.

If you have any questions or you don't like the way I've done it, let me know,
please.

Yarep Website required pictures

These are the pictures used by Yarep Website. They should be placed in
src/realms/yarep-website/content/img. I have created a yarep logo similar to
yanel's just for testing purposes. It should be replaced by Yarep's real logo.

I have added it to the YAREP repo dir

It should not be part of YANEL by default ;-)

Please change your images patch such that it works with the above location.

Please try to fill in content as good as you can :-)
